And a big round of applause to... ITALY!!! And its the final already. Italy won the cup. Full stop. No!! It doesn't end here - yet. According to the papers, there may be another final to 'confirm' the winner. So is it going to be Italy again or.. France? The final answer is not confirm yet until further investigations is carried out.

And you must have heard it already. The whole world has been talking nonstop about this topic. Yes, its the Zizou-Materazzi headbutting drama. As you have heard, i dont have to repeat the whole episode again. But what exactly happened to cause Zizou to lose his temper? I have been following closely on the news and according to experts of mouth-reading, they said that Materazzi insulted Zizou's mum and sis. He called him, 'A son of a terrorist whore' and called his sis a 'prostitute'. But Materazzi denied calling him those. So who's right? If he didn't really say that then why the experts said so? After 4 days after the finals, which is yesterday, Zizou finally broke his silence. He apologised to whole world on a 'live' interview. He said he is very sorry because of his act and apologised because there were children watching it. But he also said he never regret doing that on the pitch. According to him, Materazzi have been tugging his jersey a few mo' so he told him they could change their jersey later after the match if he really likes it a lot. And then that italian starting saying those words. Zizou said he tolerated him for so long and finally headbutted him. According to him, Materazzi kept shooting those hurtful words at him. And as Zizou has his Algerian root, he is a very religious person. Maybe it was the word 'terrorist' or maybe 'prostitute' that triggered his anger that much?

But then again why does Materazzi say he did not said those words? So who's right and who's wrong? And does Zizou really have to end his career with - a red card?? Nobody's able to answer it now. At least. Until further investigation is made, let's keep our fingers cross. True as it may i support the italians, but having following the news, i think Materazzi is a, i dunno, sucker? But as this whole episode thing has many uncertainties, i know i shouldn't have said that about the italian. Oh boy! Another final? Or is it the finals for France??
