MI concert was a blast!
Some highlights of the evening (in no order of preference) :
1) Melvin with his super suave piano skills and his self composed song "Feelings" totally blew me away! Shimma, the singer is hot.
2)The Indian dance, to which i keep telling Li Wen i want to learn.
3)The drama, playing about a girl named Tracy who thought she was mad. The play's called "Spoilt". (if the theatre wasn't filled with some little boy's continuously chatter and his and other people's unneccessary noises, and without being afraid of Li Wen laughing at me, i would have cried. Hey Li Wen, don't you dare laugh now. =p)
4)Reverie, the band who performed Snow Patrol's songs. The singer isn't great great, but its still nice.
5)The Malay dance, to which also i keep telling Li Wen i want to learn.
6)The band twenty7, ahh, the female guitarist is cute. =P So is the drummer - funny.
7)The aunklung performance. Its WOW. They got Gold with honour for SYF almost - or is it every - year. Li Wen tried singing to one of the song. Hahahahahahaha, shan't say much about that.
8)The modern dance. Even though their dance is, erm, wierd? but because Humaira and her girls is so pretty, its a different story.
9)Some songs perfomed some other students. Even though i don't know the song, but its so nice.
10)My favourite item of the whole evening, EXULTIZE DEFAULT! It's OMFG good. Joy(he's a guy btw) is VERY SEXY and Daniel is VERY HOT. I couldn't keep my eyes off Joy's moves, but well, its also partly because Li Wen keeps on asking me to look at Joy. Haha. Daniel is so hot too. My eyes were darting between the both of them. (Oh and i took pictures with them tho i looked super gay inside. AWWWW.)
After yesternight's performance, i found new things i'm going to conquer in my quite-packed holidays.
And that is,
1)Learn Indian dance.
2)Learn Malay dance. (Li Wen i'm not kidding. =p)
3)Renew my wishes, learn the drums!
4)Take lessons from Joy and Daniel and hopefully i can dance half as good as them. Ok, maybe a quarter will do. (((=
But for the above, i don't think its quite achievable for the time being. But for now, i shall just pretend i know all of them. Oh especially how to dance and look as sexy and hot like Joy and Daniel.
