I stood watching her, enjoying herself on the seat beside the window while everyone else had to stand. She looked really youthful and it was almost as if her life had just began. I stared at her, half in anger and half in envy. How could she be sitting down when there are so many other people who needs the seat more than she does? Did she see that old lady who stood recauriously on the step, with her hand filled with shopping bags? What about that little kid with his mother? She should have been more graceful and let her seat up, since she was so obviously young. Yet, i envied her more looking so beautiful under the sunlight, her smile as wide as a ripe flower. There was just something about her that i can't help but admire. But what was it? I looked at her while she prepared to alight. I saw her took out something from her bag, unfolded it to become a pair of crutches, and she stood up; in full view of everyone. I had to hide my shock. She only had one leg! I watched as she hobbled down the steps, into the world with just her and her crutches. Then i knew, it was her bravery that i truly admire. I'm never going to judge someone just by their looks ever again.
